She graduated from Ball State University in 2024 with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism Spectrum Disorder. Outside of work, Delanie enjoys reading, spending time with family, and staying active.

Jocelynn graduated from Arizona State University in December 2025 with a Master’s degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in July 2026. She has been with Trellis since February 2023 and is passionate about helping clients build independence, functional communication, and emotional regulation skills while improving quality of life for clients and their families.

Ryan graduated from Boise State in 2022 with a bachelors in Psychology and obtained a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2025 from Arizona State University. Ryan supports his favorite soccer team Arsenal, and loves going on walks with his dog Daisy.

Alexis earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University in 2023. She earned her Master of Arts in Special Education, along with a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Ball State University in 2026. Alexis is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care that helps children develop skills and thrive in their everyday lives. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, attending concerts, and spending quality time with her family.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of New Mexico in 2007. He has 15 years of experience as a Physical Education Teacher in Albuquerque, NM. Paul is deeply committed to promoting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of his clients and their families. Beyond his professional life, Paul enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hunting, and hiking. His love for nature is complemented by quality family time.

Courtney studied Psychology at Utah Tech University and has four years of experience working in ABA. Courtney is passionate about providing the most caring and respectful therapy to each kiddo she works with, and helping each one grow in the best way possible for them. In her personal life, Courtney enjoys going to the gym, attending yoga and pilates classes, and hiking. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Amanda earned her Bachelor's degree in Narrative Arts from Boise State University in 2024, where she cultivated a deep understanding of human behavior and effective communication. She is passionately committed to empowering youth, helping them develop essential skills to articulate their needs, wants, and desires. In her free time, Amanda enjoys crocheting, writing, reading, and spending quality time with her cats.

He enjoys building meaningful relationships with families and helping create a supportive, positive environment where everyone can feel successful. Outside of work, Gus enjoys drumming, hiking, playing tabletop games, and cheering on the Idaho Steelheads.

He is currently pursuing his Master of Social Work at Boise State, with a passion for supporting children and families. Jordan has experience working with children in various settings and enjoys building meaningful relationships through humor, understanding, and genuine connection. He strives to create a supportive environment where children feel comfortable, confident, and encouraged to develop new skills. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and children, cooking, fishing, and exploring the outdoors.

Collyn graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Counseling. He enjoys working in ABA and helping his clients learn new skills, build confidence, and celebrate their progress. He loves getting to know each client and finding ways to make learning fun and engaging! In his free time, Collyn enjoys going to the gym and trying new things. He loves a good challenge and is always looking for ways to grow both personally and professionally!

McKailey joined the team as our Office Coordinator, bringing with her a diverse background in customer service, office management, and experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Her experience working with children has given her a special appreciation for making a positive impact in their lives - now accomplishing that through supporting the Trellis team operationally. In her spare time, McKailey loves spending quality time with her partner and daughter, and enjoys reading and creative writing.
