She recently earned her Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2025. She is passionate about collaborating with families to foster functional communication and coping skills.

    Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of New Mexico in 2007. He has 15 years of experience as a Physical Education Teacher in Albuquerque, NM. Paul is deeply committed to promoting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of his clients and their families. Beyond his professional life, Paul enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hunting, and hiking. His love for nature is complemented by quality family time.

She has a passion for working with youth and helping out in her community. When she is not working with kids, you can find her hiking, biking, reading, or listening to live music.

She is passionately committed to empowering youth, helping them develop essential skills to articulate their needs, wants, and desires. In her free time, Amanda enjoys crocheting, writing, reading, and spending quality time with her cats.

  • Director of Clinical Services, Co-Owner

    Shelbi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s degree in Education. Shelbi’s bachelors degree is in Psychology with a focus on Child Development. Shelbi has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 10 years in the home, school, and community settings. She has experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, developing behavior plans and working as a part of an IEP team. Shelbi enjoys working with children to build early learner and functional communication skills.

    Brittney is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction for Applied Behavior Analysis. She completed her undergraduate studies in Child Development and Communication Science and Disorders. Brittney enjoys working with families and children to develop effective communication skills. She is also a PEERS Certified Instructor working with adolescents and their families to build and maintain social skills.
